On March 19, 2015, the board of directors of Verint set Thursday, June 25, 2015 as the date for the 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Verint (the "Annual Meeting") and also set May 1, 2015 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.

Verint Systems Announces Conference Call to Review Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results To Be Held on March 25, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. ET
MELVILLE, N.Y., March 20, 2015 — Verint® Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced it will conduct a conference call on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. ET to review its fourth quarter and full year results (for the quarter and year ended January 31, 2015) and outlook for the year ending January 31, 2016.
