On March 21, 2017, Verint Systems Inc. ("Verint") issued a press release announcing the timing for its conference call to discuss selected financial information for the fourth quarter and full year ended January 31, 2017 and outlook for the year ending January 31, 2018. On March 21, 2017, the board of directors of Verint set Thursday, June 22, 2017 as the date for the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Verint (the "Annual Meeting") and also set April 28, 2017 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.

MELVILLE, N.Y., March 21, 2017 — Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced it will conduct a conference call on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. ET to review its fourth quarter and full-year results (for the quarter and year ended January 31, 2017) and discuss its outlook for the year ending January 31, 2018.
