On December 3, 2018, Verint Systems Inc. ("Verint") issued a press release announcing a change of the timing for its conference call to discuss selected financial information for the third quarter ended October 31, 2018 and its outlook in observance of a national day of mourning to honor former President George H.W. MELVILLE, N.Y., December 3, 2018 — Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced that, in observance of the December 5, 2018 National Day of Mourning to honor former President George H.W. Bush, Verint is rescheduling its third quarter earnings call to Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. ET. An earnings press release will be issued before the call on December 6th.
