On June 6, 2019, Verint Systems Inc. issued the following statement to certain of its stockholders via email:
“Dear [stockholder],
We’re glad to let you know that the proxy dispute has been resolved. Please see the attached press release that was just issued.
As a result, Verint’s management team is getting back to focusing 100% on growing the business and creating shareholder value and we are no longer planning to schedule engagements to discuss the proxy situation with Neuberger Berman.
